Skittles Infused Vodka

I just stumbled across this method to infuse vodka with skittles.  It looks relatively easy, if a little time consuming (there’s some filtering involved).  The results look delicious, and may be the next replacement for jello shots at parties.

Peru’s top court has ruled that workers cannot be fired for being drunk on the job, a decision that was criticized by the government on Wednesday for setting a dangerous precedent.

The Constitutional Tribunal ordered that Pablo Cayo be given his job back as a janitor for the municipality of Chorrillos, which fired him for being intoxicated at work.

The firing was excessive because even though Cayo was drunk, he did not offend or hurt anybody, Fernando Calle, one of the justices, said on Wednesday.

Oh lordy. The best part is that not even drivers are allowed to be fired for being intoxicated on the job. I am intrigued to know the extent of worker protection in Peru. I assume the standard is to “not offend or hurt anybody.” Sounds like a siesta to me. Just to indicate what impact this ruling could have on the competency of forklift drivers, here’s an illuminating instructional video.
